企业沿革 Milestones

1974年
於故乡(澎湖东卫,俗称『西坞』)以手工麻糬、红豆饼、凤梨饼、月饼、生仁糖白手起家。

1979年
自澎湖来高雄开设『福利面包厂』,以西点烘培、面包制作为主,并潜心研究沙琪玛制作。

1980年
开始生产传统硬式沙琪玛,此时为第一代沙琪玛。

1981年
成立『产品开发研究专责部门』,针对沙琪玛的用料配方和品质提升作长远性的研究,把沙琪玛带进了第二代品质的时期,也把消费层次扩大。

1984年
成立『西坞食品厂有限公司』。

1985年
在高雄县大社乡投资兴建『西坞食品厂有限公司』厂房。

1985年
将沙琪玛市场扩及美洲大陆和东南亚,多年来畅销不坠,风行全球,家喻户晓。

1986年 (1982–1986)五年期间
淘汰了五套生产机具,使沙琪玛制作流程步入全自动机器生产流程,因而也产生了与前两代完全不同的沙琪玛,这也是目前的高档沙琪玛品质完全脱色的起点。

1987年
『西坞第四代沙琪玛的品质和制作工艺水准』已成为沙琪玛这一产品的主流,风行全岛。

1988年
因应市场需求增设凤梨酥和桃酥生产线。

1989年
斥资与澳大利亚具有百年技术历史的热能交换器生产公司(HIT CONTRWAL),合作开发了一套生产沙琪玛专用的『外部热交换油炸,与油炸过滤处理系统』,沙琪玛制作工艺也从此迈进高科技控管的阶段。

1993年
将改良後之沙琪玛引进中国市场。以生产行销,管理和人才都本土化为基础,期望这一生产工艺得以在中国市场落地生根。

1995年
全球销售网路扩及澳洲市场。

1997年
带着不断研发改进的工艺技术和经验进入中国市场设厂生产沙琪玛以及各类休闲食品。

2006年
为发展台湾在地特色美食增设特色口味蛋卷研发生产线。

2014年
通过美国FDA检查。

2018年
为提升食品卫生及品质管理,通过『ISO22000』及『HACCP』认证。

 

1974

Founded “SEA WOODS FOODS FACTORY CO.,LTD.” in 1974 from Dongwei Peng-hu which is called “Sea-Woods” in Chinese. Determined on Handmade Mochi, Red bean cake, Pineapple cake, Moon cake and Caramelized Peanut Candy(生仁糖)

1979

The first manufacture factory, Fu Ly bread factory, was built in Kaohsiung. The main products were Western-style baking and breads. Meanwhile, aim for developing Flour Cake (Sachima).

1980

First generation Hard Flour Cake (Traditional Sachima) begin producing.

1981

Founded “Products R&D department” which focus on researching the materials, prescription and quality of Flour Cake. At then the second generation Flour Cake hits the market and enlarge the target market.

1984

Founded “SEA WOODS FOODS FACTORY CO.,LTD.

1985

Factory of “SEA WOODS FOODS FACTORY CO.,LTD.” Was built at Dashe Township, Kaohsiung County.

1985

Sale the Sachima to America and Southeast Asia. Sachima became celebrated and popular products over the world.

1986 (1982–1986, five years duration)

Five Flour Cake making machine were retired. Sachima making process became fully automatic producing by machine. The third generation Flour Cake is completely different from the previous two generations. And this is the begging of decolorization high quality Sachima.

1987

The quality and technology standards of Sea-Woods fourth generation Flour Cake became the Mainstreaming.

1988

In response to the demand of market, set the pipe line for producing pineapple cake and Crisp Walnut Cookies.

1989

Cooperated with heat exchanger production company, HIT CONTRWAL, which has technique history over one century, to develop a fried and filter system using fried and heat exchange outside technique. Sachima producing skill came to high-tech control stage.

1993

Export Improved Sachima to China. Base on localized production, marketing, management, and human resource, “SEA WOODS FOODS FACTORY CO.,LTD.” expects instructing China market in this producing skill.

1995

Extending the world sale network to Australia market.

1997

Carrying on the improving skill and experience, “SEA WOODS FOODS FACTORY CO.,LTD.” setup manufacturing factory in China for producing Sachima and kinds of snacks.

2006

For developing local delicacies in Taiwan, set the pipe line for producing egg rolls.

2014

Through the USA FDA examination.

2018

Obtain“ISO22000” and “HACCP” certification.
